Warranty and After-Sales Support

We not only manufacture and install fabric shelters, but also provide full technical support throughout their entire lifecycle. Warranty and post-warranty service is part of our commitment to every customer.

Under warranty service, we eliminate any defects caused by manufacturing or installation errors — this includes both the frame and the fabric cover. Scheduled inspections can also be arranged as needed.

Post-warranty support includes the replacement of parts (fabric, fasteners, profiles), minor repairs, structural upgrades, and restoration after damage caused by wind, snow, mechanical impact, etc.

We offer technical maintenance for shelters throughout their operation. This is especially important for year-round structures or those under heavy load.
