Insulation

Insulating a tent hangar allows you to expand its range of use: from a seasonal shelter to a fully functional year-round facility. We offer insulation as part of the comprehensive hangar supply at the design stage.

When is insulation necessary?

• For operation in cold climate zones
• For production facilities and service stations where it is important to maintain a working temperature
• For storing equipment, materials, or products sensitive to temperature fluctuations
• For livestock facilities – to ensure animal comfort

How we carry out insulation

Tent hangars can be insulated in several ways. We select the solution depending on the purpose of the hangar and the required temperature conditions.

Main stages:

1. Designing the structure with insulation in mind

• Enlarging the frame (if necessary)
• Embedding elements for multi-layer walls

2. Installing the insulation layer

• Multi-layer system: inner tent → insulation → outer tent
• Thermal insulation materials used: mineral wool, polyurethane foam (PUF), isolon, etc.

3. Sealing joints

• Insulating gates, windows, and openings
• Minimizing heat loss at junctions

4. Optional: installing a heating system

• For maintaining a stable temperature (including during winter)
