How is a hangar awning made?

Our technologies allow us to create awnings for hangars of any complexity. The process begins with a consultation: you send us drawings, photos or even sketches of your hangar. If there is no documentation, we can take on-site measurements (within Belarus) or recommend how to take measurements yourself.

Next comes the design stage:

• Calculation of loads (wind, snow).
• Selection of material based on density, water resistance, UV resistance.
• Development of a fastening scheme.
• Development of a 3D model (if necessary).

After approval of the project, sewing of the awning for the hangar begins. We use a high-frequency machine for joining awning panels - a device for welding with high-frequency currents, ensuring tight and durable seams.

The production time for a hangar awning is from 7 working days, the cost is calculated individually based on:
